What fees are included in the application process?
The application fee is $20 and the deposit is $500.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is posted on the 1st of the month and is due by the 4th of each month.
Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
Utilities are billed in addition to rent. Some are usage based and some are based on the sqft of your apartment.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required for every resident over the age of 18 at Jute.
Are virtual tours available?
We do offer virtual tours via zoom! Please contact us to connect with our team and set up a virtual tour time.
Who manages Jute?
Jute is managed by CloudTen Residential.
What types of floor plans are available?
Jute has luxury studio and one-bedroom apartment homes.
Are there in-unit washers and dryers?
Yes, every apartment at Jute has an in-unit full-size washer and dryer.
Does Jute have a gym?
Yes, Jute has a fitness center with peloton bikes, elliptical, treadmill and free weights. Our fitness center is accessible to our residents 24/7, giving you the freedom to tailor your workouts around your lifestyle!
Will my apartment have a dishwasher?
Yes! All apartments at Jute have dishwashers.

Jute Apartments is zoned for Portland School District 1 and assigned to the following neighborhood public schools:
Elementary School: Buckman Elementary School (Grades K-5)

Is Jute pet-friendly?
Dogs and cats are allowed at Jute with 2 pets max per apartment. There is a $300 deposit per pet and $40 per month pet rent. Breed Restrictions may apply. We have an indoor pet relief area for your convenience!
What are the pet-related fees?
Our monthly pet fee is $40 per pet, and a $300 refundable pet deposit per pet (max 2).
Do you offer emergency maintenance?
Yes, we have emergency maintenance at Jute giving our residents the comfort of knowing that our team is available should any emergencies arise.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal. Please click HERE if you are needing to submit a request.
What kind of parking do you offer at Jute?
We do have parking available at Jute. Limited Car Stacker parking is available for residents at an additional monthly cost. Please contact the leasing office for additional information.
Is parking included in my rent?
Reserved garage spaces are $250.
